1. General The Stillhouse is a Melbourne-based business selling handcrafted wooden goods. All products are handmade and may vary slightly in appearance, grain, colour and finish. These natural variations are not considered defects and are part of what makes each piece unique.

2. Orders All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, changes may not always be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make an amendment.

3. Payments Full payment is required at the time of purchase. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without notice.

4. Shipping We ship Australia wide. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. The Stillhouse is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances outside of our control. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order has been dispatched.

5. Returns & Refunds Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos and proof of purchase. We will assess each case individually and offer a repair, replacement or refund at our discretion.

6. Care & Use Our products are handcrafted from natural wood and should be treated with care. The Stillhouse is not liable for any damage caused by misuse, improper care, or failure to follow care instructions provided with your order.

7. Intellectual Property All content on The Stillhouse website and social media, including images, text, branding and designs, is the property of The Stillhouse and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, The Stillhouse's liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our products or website.

9. Privacy We collect and store your personal information solely for the purpose of processing your order and improving your experience. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except where required to fulfil your order (e.g. shipping providers).
